T-ARA’s Boram Says She Was Ashamed to Even Put on a Mic Because She Had No Lines to Sing

Boram didn’t have many parts at all during her T-ARA days.

On a recent episode of MBC’s Video Star, T-ARA‘s Boram confessed what she was the most ashamed about from her past as a girl group member.

Boram debuted with T-ARA back in 2009 and gained overwhelming popularity with their hit songs such as “Bo Peep Bo Peep”, “Roly Poly”, and “Lovey Dovey”.

But Boram confessed that she had so little lines in the songs that she was ashamed to even put on a mic.

There were some songs where I didn’t even have any lines at all. It was so bad that I felt ashamed to even put on a mic.

When they checked out some songs on the show, it was revealed to be true.

During their activities for “Cry Cry” in 2011, Boram had 1 minute for a solo dance, and their song, “Yayaya”, they couldn’t find a single part.

It was only after “Because I Know” and “TIAMO” that she began to have some parts.

Boram is doing better now, and she even overcame her insecurity about having parts by singing a song from the musical, “Lost Garden” and proving that she’s still got it.

Here’s hoping Boram keeps pushing forward!
