He’s been crying without stop and getting violent as his self-esteem keeps decreasing.

“My self-esteem keeps decreasing. I keep thinking bad thoughts.

On some days I just cry all day like a new born baby. On some days I become violent. I get so lonely so I seek out people but when they get near, I run away.

I keep repeating, ‘Enough. Enough.’”

“I know some people will curse at me, but I hope you pity me – someone who has no where else to write about this but here – and read it fully.

I’ve been frequently feeling sad, helpless, and hurt because of depression. I’m trying my best to overcome it but it’s difficult.

I wonder why I am this way. I really wonder why.

My self-esteem keeps decreasing. I keep thinking bad thoughts. On some days I just cry all day like a new born baby. On some days I become violent. I get so lonely so I seek out people but when they get near, I run away.

I keep repeating, ‘Enough. Enough.’

I regret everything I’ve done, so I can’t trust myself to make a decision on anything. I can’t complete something.

This letter is the same. I’ll regret it. It’ll just become useless words.”
