Movie ‘Seobok’ With Park Bo Gum And Gong Yoo Officially Postpones Premiere Date To 2021

Fans will have to wait until 2021.

The long-awaited movie Seobok, that was originally supposed to premiere this month, has been postponed to 2021 due to COVID-19.

Movie officials stated, “Due to the spread of COVID-19, the movie, which was supposed to premiere in December, will be postponed until further notice.”

They continued, “With the overall concern of the virus, we have decided to postpone the release after much consideration to prevent the further spread and damage of the virus.”

Last month, after COVID-19 guidelines changed to level 1.5 of social distancing, CJ Entertainment had changed the release date from December 2 to December 23. But, after the guidelines were upgraded to level 2 and most recently to 2.5, they have ultimately made the decision to give up releasing the movie this year.

With social distancing levels to stay at 2.5 until the end of this year, movie theaters are limited to 50 people with all businesses closing at 9 PM.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the movie ‘Seobok; will be temporarily postponed until further notice. Amid growing concerns about COVID-19, we have decided to postpone the release after deep consideration in order to prevent the spread of the virus.
