MBK Entertainment to debut band-style boy group this year

MBK Entertainment, home to idol groups like T-ARA, SPEED, F-VE DOLLS, and The SeeYa, is reported to be secretly preparing to debut a boy group in 2015.

The new boy group is reported to be a band-style group and will be debuting some time in the summer of 2015.

Kim Kwang Soo, the CEO of MBK Entertainment, is the former producer of the group MC the Max and also took part in producing FTISLAND, causing quite a bit of anticipation for the company’s new band. Not since his involvement with producing MC the Max fifteen years ago has Kim been personally involved in the development of a new group.

On January 6th, Korean news site OSEN released pictures of two of the reportedly five members of the upcoming group, Sang Won and Sung Chae.
