When the media outlet asked Karol G to choose a song by an artist she wanted to collaborate with, she named “How You Like That”. She revealed, “I would love, love, really love to work with Lisa from BLACKPINK.” She even had a “short story” to share about the group.

Karol G had a remix that she wanted to do for her and Nicki Minaj‘s song “Tusa”. She said, “In my mind, I had a remix that we never tried. I don’t know why.” There was one artist she wanted to jump on the remix.

She wanted the girls of BLACKPINK to be on the remix and even tried to make it happen. Karol G admitted, “If I would’ve done a remix, I would’ve done it with BLACKPINK.

Although they discussed making the remix a dream come true, they couldn’t because of COVID-19 (coronavirus) safety precautions. Karol G said, “We never tried because of COVID things. We spoke, but that would’ve been like the remix of my life.

While they couldn’t make the “Tusa” remix a reality, maybe Karol G and BLACKPINK will be able to collaborate on something new in the future.
