Goo Hara joined KeyEast in 2016 after leaving DSP Media, and stayed there for 3 years, until her contract expiration in January 2019. During her time in KeyEast, she moved to Contents Y, a subsidiary of KeyEast, in 2017. Since leaving KeyEast altogether in January 2019, she has carried out her Korean promotions with no agency.

While she promoted with no agency in Korea, she signed with a Japanese agency and continued her activities. Most recently, she just completed her solo tour HARA Zepp Tour 2019 ~HELLO~, which spanned from November 13-19. She also continued to release new music in Japan.
