BTS Make An Unexpected Cameo In New K-Drama “Love All Play”

ARMYs were spotted in the K-Drama!

It’s official that a K-Drama cannot be released these days without mentioning BTS, as everyone in the industry is ARMY! This spring, BTS were mentioned in Business Proposal, Our BluesMy Liberation Notes, and Sh**ting Stars.

The latest K-Drama to feature BTS is the new K-Drama Love All Play (also known as The Speed to You Is 493 km).

Love All Play is a sports romance drama from KBS2, starring Park Ju Hyun and Chae Jong Hyeop. It premiered on April 20 and currently airs every Wednesday and Thursday night.

Park Tae-Yang (Park Ju-Hyun) was a promising badminton athlete. Due to an incident, she left the sport of badminton. 3 year later, she decides to join the badminton team Eunice. Her life once revolved entirely around badminton and now she returns to the sport that she dreamed of playing.

Park Tae-Joon (Chae Jong-Hyeop) is a badminton player. He views the sport as nothing but a job to him. He gets cut by the city hall team and signs with team Eunice. There, Park Tae-Joon meets Park Tae-Yang.

The K-Drama is only in its second week and has already featured BTS in an unexpected cameo. Honestly, though, the members all have experience in badminton through Run BTS!. So, they would be perfect for the drama.

Still, their cameo isn’t exactly physical. Although, some viewers even think the lead actors bear some resemblance to BTS’s Jin.

In Episode 3, two characters are jamming out to BTS’s hit “Fire” when Lee Young Sim (Jo Soo Hyang) comes into the guy’s dorm and “kills the mood” by requesting they shut it off.

We can’t blame the guys! “Fire” is a total hype song.

Disney+ is Love All Play‘s global distributor. American audiences can expect its release later.
