KVLY is a company under the KOSDAQ listed VTG Empire, most notably known for VT Cosmetics. Their collaboration with Jung Jiwoo will be their first project of many under their new business model. Jung Jiwoo currently runs her own online shopping mall, acting as the CEO and the model for her products. She is also a highly successful influencer, with over 3.4 million followers on Instagram.

Under the joint venture, Jung Jiwoo will have the title of Creative Director and directly oversee the brand, name, and design. KVLY is responsible for the marketing, operations, distribution and support. Through the joint venture, the two parties will work together to develop a new brand business model, focusing on targeting global markets including China. She has even signed an agreement with China’s largest online fashion mall Handu to work on a joint fashion project.

Finally, leveraging VTG Empire’s previous experience with VT Cosmetics and BTS, plus the company’s experience in expanding into China with partnerships with businesses that have a major standing in China such as Netease, TikTok, iQiyi, and Taobao, Jung Jiwoo’s venture is expected to create waves both in China and Korea.
