Brave Girls’ Yujeong Can Actually Speak 3 Languages — Here’s How That Happened

She’s much more than just a born idol.

Brave Girls Yujeong recently appeared as a special host on SBS Power FM’s Cultwo Show where she surprised listeners with unusual facts about herself.

While on the air, one listener asked Yujeong about her educational background in Hong Kong.

I heard you lived in Hong Kong before. Can you speak English or Chinese?

And in response, Yujeong explained her past of attending an international school in Hong Kong.

I went to Hong Kong in Grade 6 of elementary school and came back in my senior year of high school. Since I went to an international school, I can’t really speak Mandarin.

But Yujeong did add that she can speak basic Cantonese in addition to basic English.

As a result, she’s currently known as a member of Brave Girls who is quite fluent in English.

It’s been revealed that following her high school education in Hong Kong, Yujeong attended Sungshin Women’s University in Seoul for media communication.

This goes to show that not only is Yujeong a born idol, but she’s book-smart, too!
