10 K-Pop Artists’ Albums Placed On Billboard’s World Albums Chart This Week… One For The First Time Since Its Release In 2013

Congratulations, everyone!

Billboard has released its World Albums Chart for the week of April 11, and 10 K-Pop artists’ albums have placed on it this time around!

BTS, of course, still takes the #1 place with Map of the Soul: 7, for the sixth week in a row since its debut. Coming in at #2, for the fourth week in a row, is NCT 127‘s album Neo Zone. And at #3, BTS once again places with Love Yourself: Answer, placing on the chart for the 84th week in a row.

Coming in at #4, once again, is BTS, with the album You Never Walk Alone; it’s been on the chart for 62 weeks now. They also take the #5 place with Map of the Soul: Persona, now on the ranking for 51 weeks. ITZY‘s IT’z ME has been on the list for 4 weeks now, and comes in at #10 this week.

In a surprising turn of events, BTS’s debut album, 2 Cool 4 Skool, has risen onto the charts for the first time this week, even though it came out in June 2013. ARMYs pretended that the group just debuted as an April Fools’ Day joke, and apparently it paid off! It comes in at #12 on the list.

EXO member Suho placed on the charts for the first time with his solo mini-album, Self-Portrait, and came in at #13.  Stray Kids placed at #14 with SKZ2020 on its second week on the chart, and finally, BTS charted once more with Love Yourself: Tear at #15, with its incredible 88th week on the chart.

Congratulations, everyone!
