1. Water to alcohol ratio
Drink one glass of water per glass of alcohol. The water will help dilute the alcohol in your body. The one downside is that you might be visiting the restroom more often, but this is the easiest method!
2. Eat, eat, eat
If you have a lot of food in your stomach, it’ll make you get less drunk. Of course, if you eat too much of the food, you might get some cold stares from the people you’re drinking with, so eat enough, not too much!
3. Become a master of drinking games
Master all the drinking games so you won’t be the drunk one dragged out of the bar by your friends!
4. Talk a lot
This one may sound a little ridiculous, but it makes sense. Although it hasn’t been scientifically proven, you could release more alcohol from your body if you talk a lot, so why not try!
5. Go for a walk
