UNIQ announces comeback with 1st mini-album

The Chinese-Korean boy group UNIQ has announced their comeback on April 9th with a recent Twitter post.

The tweet itself was short and sweet, saying, “Are u ready? #UNIQ COMING SOON,” accompanied by a poster with the group’s comeback dates displayed on the bottom.

Although the dates listed are not accompanied with further details, it seems that the comeback dates are April 23rd and 24th. Then after about a month long break, the group is set return on May 20th. The group’s comeback will be to promote their first mini-album, as indicated on their Twitter poster.

Their agency revealed, “After successful activities around Asia, UNIQ will release their first mini-album in Korea. They will be active with a variety of concepts so please look forward to it.”

The group debuted in October 2014 with their debut music video titled “Falling in Love” and has gained a considerable fanbase over the past few months. Member Seungyeon also recently starred in Park Jimin’s solo debut music video for “Hopeless Love.”
